The Unignorable Street Team

Hello Friend!

Writing a book is a lone-ranger sport.

It’s just you and a blinking cursor. For a very long time.

Early mornings. Late nights. Chapters I loved on Tuesday and wanted to delete by Thursday. Long stretches where I wondered if any of this would matter to anyone but me.

But here’s what kept me going.

You.

I’m not saying that to blow smoke. I mean it. Every week, you reply. You share your stories. You tell me when something hit home, and you tell me when I missed the mark.

In fact, one of those replies made it into the book.

Early in the book journey, I asked my newsletter subscribers a simple question: What if the real reason you’re not making the impact you want isn’t your ideas, but your ability to be heard and seen?

Responses poured in. Most of you nodded along. Many of you shared painful stories of being overlooked.

Then one reader, Bill, wrote back something I didn’t expect. He said he couldn’t remember ever feeling ignored. And if he ever did, he’d look inward first, because that would be his problem to solve.

It challenged me. And it pushed the whole book toward something I believe even more deeply now: being Unignorable is something you own. Which means it’s something you can change.
